Pinch of Craft offer a bespoke furniture painting service to transform your existing furniture into something wonderful and unique!
Each piece of furniture is sanded, primed, painted and finished with a clear wax to protect and seal.
I use a range of high quality paints including Annie Sloan chalk paint and Farrow & Ball – the colour and finish is completely up to you.
If you’re unsure on colour or finish, I can offer our expert opinion and a gallery of previous work for inspiration!
My Latest Project
“Fiona has done an absolutely amazing job with a second hand coffee table. She listened to what I liked and made it better than I could have imagined. Throw in to that, she’s incredibly easy to talk to and kept me updated all the way! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The Process

First, send me a picture of your furniture item, along with its measurements. We can then discuss ideas and I can work with you to find the perfect colours for you!
Step Two – Delivery/Collection
Your item can be dropped at my workshop ready to begin or I can also collect small/medium size items within Leicestershire.
Step Three – Preparation
Your piece will be sanded down, any damage will be treated and then its time to prepare it with a primer paint.
Step Four – Painting
Your furniture will be carefully hand painted in your chosen top colour!
Step Five – Protection
Your furniture will be finished with a high quality wax or varnish which will seal and protect the paintwork.
Step Six – Take It Home!
Collect your furniture and set it up in your beautiful home!

The above price guide includes an estimated amount of paint, varnish & wax etc. However, every one of our projects is completely unique and some pieces will require extra fittings or materials to make them look great!
We are happy to work with you to add new drawer knobs or handles etc. Any extra materials will be quoted up and added to the final quote prior to commencing your project.
We want you to be completely happy with your furniture, so when you collect we’ll ask you to check it over for any imperfections. We do all we can to help protect your furniture from preparation right through to using a protective wax to finish, but we know that sometimes knocks and bumps happen. Therefore we’ll provide you with a small pot of touch up paint which of course we hope you never need to use!
